Return & Refund Policy
At She is The Ocean, we take great pride in the quality of our artwork. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU-based customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at natalie@sheistheocean.art within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized artwork
- Digital downloads
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at natalie@sheistheocean.art with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
