Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Canvas paintings are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes. Greeting cards are packaged in protective sleeves.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. UK customers will see any applicable VAT and duties calculated at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at natalie@sheistheocean.art with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
